WHAT IS TOONIE
Toonie
(www.toonieglobal.com) is the App that allows you to transfer money
freely and in real time within the community of its users, to which
ZeroOne is also a member.
Toonie is created by its partner Quid
SA thanks to the services of the London bank The Currency Cloud
Limited and the user's Toonie account is technically configured as a
sub-account of a "master" account of Quid SA.
HOW
TOONIE WORKS
Once you have
downloaded the Toonie App on your mobile phone, you complete the
registration and go through the KYC procedure (know your
customer).
Having obtained the status of "KYC Full",
the user has a Toonie account in which he can transfer, by wire
transfer, unlimited amounts of funds from his Iban, as if it were a
transfer.
Subsequently, the user can transfer the desired
amount, from their Toonie to ZeroOne's Toonie.
Similarly,
ZeroOne can transfer sums to the user's Toonie, who can then withdraw
them by sending them to its own Iban.
All in complete privacy
and comfort.
TOONIES
IN THE MOBILE PHONE AND IN THE PC
The
Toonie App must be downloaded to the mobile phone, both Android and
Iphone are supported, at this

By
framing the QR code suitable for your phone or by clicking on the
Google Play icon for Android or the App Store for Apple, you can
download and install.
It is suggested to periodically update the
App, to always have the latest Toonie version.
The registration,
KYC and funds transfer operations are carried out only from the App
on the mobile phone.
Toonie can be accessed via a browser, even
from a PC, only to view the transactions made.

For any questions or
problems of use relating to transfers from the user's Iban to his
Toonie account and vice versa, write from your Toonie registration

To receive support in downloading the ZeroOne purchase or
sale transactions from the Toonie App between your Toonie account and
the ZeroOne Toonie, the user can write to CFX Quantum support, at the

HOW
TO REGISTER TO TOONIE
It is
recommended, if possible, that the user registers with Toonie using
the same e-mail address already used to register in CFX Quantum and
ATS.
The Username must be at least 6 characters long, it can
contain letters and numbers, but not symbols.
The Password must
be at least 8 characters long, it must have at least: an uppercase
letter, a lowercase letter, a number and a symbol chosen only among
these:% * $? ! & @ (percentage, asterisk, dollar, question mark,
exclamation point, ampersand, at sign)
N.B. - Be careful never
to type the 'space' key after Username and Password, because it can
be read by the system as a character.
KYC
TOONIE FOR USER VALIDATION
After
registration (a verification code will arrive on the email) and after
the first login, click on the circle at the top left with your
initials.
Click on the "Complete" button in the "KYC
Light" line to remove the limitations - The document files to be
uploaded can be in both Jpeg and Pdf format and without weight limits
- As proof of residence you can also upload the Residence Certificate
* , in the 'Bills' field.
Once the documents have been uploaded,
'Light' (wallet with limitations) and 'Completed' (document upload
completed) appear in the KYC field of the Profile - For now, the
documents you have uploaded are not visible in your Toonie, they will
soon be.
Usually within three days you will receive a
notification in the App, indicating the successful completion of the
KYC and the status will change from 'Light' to 'Full' and will be
able to operate without limitations. - Report to Support if it has
been more than three days since all required documents have been
uploaded - If information or documents are missing, Toonie will
contact you from onboarding@toonieglobal.com
IMPORTANT:
He
will not be able to purchase Zeroone if he has not completed all the
steps in the CFX Dashboard (signed wallet-indemnity creation - Term
and Condition / Form signed and Kyc approved).
Enter the CFX
dashboard and make sure everything is confirmed green / complete
before proceeding with the transfer to the Toonie Zeroone
account.
Payments sent by users who have not completed the
complete process required to access Zeroone or who are missing part
of these will be credited back to the Toonie account for the amount
paid on the same day.
HOW
TO TOP UP your Toonie account and
WITHDRAW from your Toonie account
Only when the KYC Toonie is
approved will it be able to operate without limits on the amount.
TOP
UP: Enter Toonie, you will see "Your wallets" at the top if
you have no open wallets click on "Open wallet" (+ key),
select the currency (Eur), confirm with ok and then he will be back
in Home with the Eur wallet with the balance at zero.
Click on
zero, a screen will open with "Deposit" and "Withdraw".
By clicking on Deposit you will have the bank details to which you
can send the first amount from your IBAN, even if co-registered

ESSENTIAL: In the reason for the transfer, indicate the
REFERENCE CODE also known as TOONIE ID which you find in the STORAGE
DATA of your Toonie App on your mobile phone (last line at the
bottom).
Only the alphanumeric sequence of the Reference must be
written in the description and absolutely nothing else. - Send the
bank transfer only after you have entered the correct reference. - If
you write the reference incorrectly, your credit may be delayed as it
must be managed manually by Toonie.
NB: a space is also
interpreted as a character.
POSSIBLE
REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION FROM CREDIT INSTITUTIONS OR CARD MANAGERS
It
should be noted that, in the event of a continuous transfer of large
amounts from the user's Iban to his Toonie account, the credit
institution or the manager of the card where the Iban resides, may
contact the user in order to clarify the nature and motivation of the
transfer, to comply with the anti-money laundering legislation.
In
this regard, it can be clarified and stated that the transfer is
addressed to your sub-account in the Toonie application, which is an
App authorized for making payments, which allows you to make
purchases and transfers in real time.
HOW
TO MAKE A WITHDRAWAL FROM YOUR TOONIES
The
user must first create a payment method, indicating their own Iban,
even different from the one used previously to top up their
Toonie.
The holder of the Toonie account must always coincide
with the holder of the Iban.
All physical and online accounts
are fine, as long as they are in the same currency as the user's
Toonie account, ie EUR.
To withdraw from the Toonie account,
simply click the "Withdraw" button on the screen where the
total wallet balance appears, then select the payment method created
previously and enter the amount.
COSTS OF TRANSFER
For all fund transfers from your Toonie account to your Zero One account and vice versa, CFX does not charge any fees.
In the event of a refund for a payment that does not comply with current procedures, only the cost charged by Toonie for receiving the transaction will be applied in the amount of 3.5%.
Transfers
to Toonie may have different costs depending on the sender, while
Toonie applies transaction fees which can be found in the Terms and
Conditions in the "Legal" section of the menu. The user is
advised to check, before the transfer, the commissions applied to
their account or card, in order to choose the least expensive method
compared to the amount transferred, since these are often commissions
calculated as a percentage. Currently the least expensive method
still appears to be the SEPA credit transfer.
Toonie and Zeroone
are not responsible for charges made by banks or cards deemed
excessive by the user, as these are NOT costs applied by Toonie or
ZeroOne.
